Next4Home specializes in the distribution and installation of heat pumps. As part of our collaboration, we fundamentally redesigned the entire customer journey, from the initial contact to the successful installation of the heat pump.
This included designing and revising all relevant documents, such as catalogs, quotes, terms and conditions, GDPR guidelines, and financing information. Additionally, we optimized email communication and developed pre-designed, efficient email templates.
Another element of the project was the creation of a referral program, which encompasses both email communication and the printing and mailing of postcards.
